David Oyelowo OBE stars in Coriolanus at the National Theatre

LSBU honorary doctor and BA (Hons) Acting and Performance Associate Artist David Oyelowo OBE is currently starring as Coriolanus in Shakespeare’s play of the same name at the National Theatre.
Our BA (Hons) Acting for Stage and Screen students are excited to see the performance and find out from David first-hand what it takes to play a Shakespearean lead on the stage of the Olivier Theatre. Prof Gill Foster said, “David is a wonderful actor. He has amazing stage presence, and our students can learn so much from him. Not least how much hard work and resilience it takes to get to the top in this industry. It’s a fabulous opportunity for them to learn from the best!”
