Jeremy joined the Board of Governors in 2018 and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
He was a partner at Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP for 24 years, specialising in corporate law, corporate governance, and high value transactions.
Jeremy is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Theatre Royal Haymarket Masterclass Trust, a charity focused on helping young people develop their careers in the theatre, including through the annual Theatre Craft careers fair. He is also Vice Chair of Leicester Theatre Trust, the Board of Curve Theatre in Leicester, Chair of its Fundraising Committee, and a member of its Governance Committee.
Jeremy has a BA in Modern History from the University of Oxford and is a qualified solicitor.
