Information Technology (IT) Services
IT Services is responsible for the management of the University's technology operations. The team is dedicated to ensuring that all IT systems, tools, and services run smoothly and efficiently. We provide support and solutions to empower employees, optimise workflows, and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Staff can contact IT Services via the TOPdesk Self Service Portal, email or telephone if a live learning event is impacted by an IT or audio-visual (AV) fault.
Student IT support is provided by staff by our Library, Skills and Customer Services team.
External customers and visitors should contact IT Services via email or telephone (if a live learning event is impacted by an IT or AV issue)
