Development and Support

The University’s Learning and Organisational Development departments provide a wide range of support for new employees, including customised development plans, coaching and leadership development, and an array of training courses.

All staff have an annual Performance Development Review (PDR) which is intended to help you reflect on your contribution to student success at LSBU, recognise your achievements, and be successful in your career.
