Evaluation of Involve Programmes, 2008-2009
This research study was spread across a series of three evaluations of Involve programmesInvolve are a national charity that designed a number of programmes to help 'hard-to-reach' communities and populations.
The evaluations were centred around the RAW self-development programmes that were devised for young men involved in gangs/street crime, young women at risk of offending or involved in offending, and parents in deprived communities.
The evaluations use ethnographic techniques such as observation and open-ended interviewing.
The project was carried out on behalf of LSBU's Families and Social Capital Research Group.
