Public Lecture Speaker

Keith Blair

Partner at a Leading Consultancy Firm

Details

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems burst onto the corporate application scene in the early nineties, exploiting new client server architecture. They promised much and no self-respecting multi-national would be without one: best practice processes; data integration; and significant business benefits – but they were notoriously expensive and slow to implement.

What do these systems do? Who uses them? Why do they make a difference? How are they implemented? What are the major challenges? Did the hype live up to the promise? What indeed, has ERP done for us?

Keith is a Partner at a leading consultancy firm, formerly leading the SAP Group and now responsible for the quality of SAP's engagements within Enterprise Transformation. With over thirty years of experience, Keith has been at the forefront of large global SAP implementations across sectors such as supply chain, manufacturing, and finance in the US and Europe. His objectives are for clients to maximise the benefits of their ERP investments, help them navigate complex implementation challenges and achieve solutions that align with their strategic vision.
